1. Is Interforce part of a statutory service?
   Interforce is a private agency and not part of a statutory service like the police. Whilst this is the current position of Interforce its future working arrangements in this respect may change.
2. What powers does Interforce have?
   Interforce have no privileged powers other than those available to all people such as Common Law, Section 3 Criminal Law act and PACE 24A. Dependant on deployment, Interforce may also be charged with enforcing terms and conditions of a specific event/area.
3. Can Interforce arrest people?
   If the prevailing circumstances at the time permit an arrest is necessary, yes Interforce Officers can undertake this action.
4. Where does Interforce operate?
   Interforce resources deploy nationally in accordance with its service demand.
